Affiliates must:

• Align with Our Principles 👍: Adhere to Core Principles & sign our Affiliate Ethics Agreement.
   
• Maintain Quality & Integrity 🏆: Deliver to AClareCorp’s standards.
   
• Protect Confidentiality 🔏: Treat all info as strictly confidential; use secure channels.
   
• Transparent Collaboration 💬: Disclose any subcontracting; provide clear invoicing.
   
• Compliance & Reporting 📊: Follow all legal requirements; report conflicts or breaches immediately.
   

• Investigation 🕵️‍♀️: All reports logged & reviewed within 5 business days.
   
• Corrective Action 🔧: From retraining to contract termination or legal action, based on severity.
   
• Continuous Improvement 🔄: Policy updated annually (or sooner if regulations change).
